Great Scott!
Professionally trained MacGyver,
tinker-er, and creator of whimsy.
It started with a freshman musical in undergrad at the University of Virginia and grew to a full blown love for creating magic on stage. I spent several years jack-of-all-trading in the Charlottesville, Virginia theater scene, playing many roles both onstage and off. I served several years as Assistant Technical Director at a local theater company, helping build magical sets on a non-profit theatre’s budget. Many of my summers were spent helping high-school theater students realize their dreams at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. I honed my craft working on my masters degree in Technical Theater at the Yale Drama School, with many years bustling around the Yale Rep and Yale Caberet. Between all of that, I have made wine, tended to horses, renovated houses, and (mostly) mastered the art of the crêpe.
These days I live in Columbia, South Carolina. My partner is an Episcopal priest and our dog is an amateur squirrel chaser.
